We partner with local businesses and venues throughout Sonoma County to provide Line Dancing Lessons and Dancing events open to the public. We provide private line dancing event and 1:1 instruction for line dancing lessons with DJs and EMCEEs.

We post our community events on our Community Events Tab. Each event has a date, location, and details regarding pricing and age demographic.

We partner with several local businesses to put on our community events. Some of these venues have restrictions on what ages are allowed per their alcohol licensing and the time of the event.

The Vineyard is our subscription community forum with different levels of membership. Each level contains perks such as rideshare information, community chats, online lessons at every level, and discounts on merchandise and private events.

All of our instructors have full time big people jobs. We unfortunately are unavailable during the hours of 9-5 pm Mon-Fri to host community line dancing events.

Practice Practice Practice!
Most people need about 3 sessions of line dancing lessons and exposure in order to pick up moves and have more ease in learning each dance. Don’t be hard on yourself, remember we’re here to have fun! No one is good at anything on the first try.

We sure do! Grapevine Dance offers both free and ticketed community line dancing events in the North Bay area and in Sonoma County, CA. Check out our Calendar and Community Events tab for more information on our public events.

We teach our line dancing classes at a beginner level and provide lessons ranging from beginner to advanced at most of our community events. Our private events are taught with the audience in mind, usually at an absolute beginner level.
We have a class at the Sonoma Community Center on the third Tuesday each month where Victoria teaches beginner lessons only. Find more information on that class on our Calendar or Community Events tab.

Grapevine Dance’s goals are to provide high quality lessons to all groups of people. We welcome all people of every background, sexuality, ethnicity, age (dependent on the venue of course) and ability to participate in learning! Everyone has a space on our dance floor :)

Absolutely! Check out our Private Events tab to request a line dancing instructor at your upcoming birthday party, bachelor or bachelorette party, corporate event, school gathering or celebration, winery, brewery, local business, non-profit, or ANY PLACE! We love getting to share our love of dancing and are happy to partner with you to take your event to the next level. Events can be private for groups as small as 1:1 to as large as 1,000+ or ticketed/open to the community. Either way, let’s get in touch.

You betcha! We have a professional sound system with speakers, mixer, mics, and more! We prefer to provide our own DJ services as we know our system and can adjust as needed throughout the event. We are happy to work with your DJ if you already have one however.
